Tel-Mate Billing Issue

Oregon CURE received the following correspondence on 2-14-14. Tel-Mate has identified a call billing issue that overcharged a portion of the adults in custody (AIC). Tel-Mate has credited the accounts of the AICs, family, and friends that were impacted by the error. Update – Video Call Cost

Check with Tel-Mate periodically for specials.  According to one of our members, a video call scheduled for Sunday, January 26, will cost $9.00 for 30 minutes instead of the standard rate of $19.60 for 30 minutes.
