Sponsors mission is to support individuals and strengthen the community by providing life-changing opportunities for individuals impacted by the criminal justice system. We support people reentering the community after being in prison by providing housing, employment support, mentoring and mental health services. We’re actively seeking individuals who feel passionate about social justice, reforming the criminal justice system, and advancing equity in our community. Applicants should be willing to commit to 3-6 hours of volunteer service each month. Sponsors is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, equitable and multicultural board and work environment. We strongly encourage applications from individuals with conviction histories; Black, Indigenous, Latinx people; people who are gender non-binary, women and LGBTQ candidates. The deadline to apply is March 1st, 2022.
